Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Taskmaster, the AI WhatsApp assistant for tradespeople, operated by Rubytech LLC (registered in Georgia). By using Taskmaster you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Taskmaster is an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant designed for UK tradespeople. It handles customer messages, scheduling, quoting and admin tasks on your behalf via WhatsApp and other supported channels.

2. Pricing

• Monthly subscription: £79/month, no long-term contracts.
• Free trial: Your first week is free, no payment card required to start.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice via email or WhatsApp.

3. Loyalty Programme

The Founding 100 Loyalty Programme offers lifetime access to Taskmaster for a one-off payment of £1,000. Loyalty members receive:

• Lifetime access to Taskmaster (no monthly fees, ever)
• Cashback once the programme fills (100 members)
• Priority support and early access to new features

4. Pi Device

If a Taskmaster Pi device is provided as part of your subscription, it arrives pre-configured and ready to use. The device remains the property of Rubytech LLC for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel, we may ask you to return it. Data stored on the Pi is yours and stays on your premises.

5. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• There is no notice period and no cancellation fees.
• After cancellation, your assistant will stop responding at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

Taskmaster is intended for legitimate business communications. You agree not to:

• Use Taskmaster to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Pi device
• Share your Taskmaster account credentials with third parties

7. Accuracy and Liability

Taskmaster uses AI to generate responses on your behalf. While we work hard to make responses accurate and helpful, we cannot guarantee that every message will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing important communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rubytech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Taskmaster. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will give you reasonable notice via email or WhatsApp before changes take effect. Continued use of Taskmaster after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. For UK-based customers, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
